Ferry fundraiser helps Bush Fire Appeal

Sea SA car & passenger ferries has announced $1737 was raised in aid of the Victorian Bush Fire Appeal on board its Spencer Gulf services on Sunday 22 February 2009.

The company pledged all proceeds from sales at the Cruise Cafe on board Sea Spirit on both Wallaroo and Lucky Bay services last Sunday to the Red Cross effort, in addition to a $1000 company donation, Sea SA Managing Director, Stephanie Dawson confirmed.

“We would like to thank our customers who got behind our 'snackathon' knowing that 100% of the money they spent on food and drink that day would help their fellow Australians overcome this devastating tragedy,” Stephanie said.
